Please keep in mind, all sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges. We do not replace melted body butters.  

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS. Feeling Lovely Company, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is damaged, please contact us at feelinglovelyco@gmail.com. We will work to find a resolution.
